The numbers below are a starting point. We calculate the exact budget by scope in a detailed estimate.
We start with the site: structure, design, copy, launch. Booking, guest accounts and gift cards are separate services — connected when they pay off, not by default.
We’ll add services in this category soon.
AI will draw something pretty — the question is who it is for. Usually the case is a simple site without complex functionality, and there the structure decides everything: the order of screens, what a person must grasp in five seconds, where they are ready to leave a request. That knowledge comes from experience in a specific field. Nobody can hand the model this context if they do not hold it themselves.
If you need a one-pager to test demand — no complex infrastructure, a clear user path — build it yourself, that is a fair move. But once guest money, someone else's POS and personal data appear on the site, the cost of a mistake changes: not «the page looks off», but «payment went through and there is no booking».
An exact figure right away would be dishonest: too much depends on scope — number of sections, integrations, whether content exists, whether a guest account is needed. So we estimate in two steps.
First, the quick one: you leave a request, we get on a call and try to give a range for your project right there. It is usually close to the numbers in the pricing block, but tied to your task.
Second, the precise one. After the call we come back with follow-up questions — sometimes a message thread is enough, sometimes another call. Based on your answers we prepare a detailed estimate and a proposal: what is included, the cost, the timeline and the terms. That takes from one day to a week depending on complexity.
We do — including on large projects. And we won't pretend otherwise: part of the work has indeed moved to AI. That part is routine — filling pages, first-pass testing, repetitive markup, the work junior contributors used to do. The people with experience, who decide what the project should be and answer for the result, are still here: they set the task and accept what comes back.
So what changes is not the price but the substance: routine that took a week now takes a day, and the freed time goes into what did not fit the budget before.
Separately we are testing a method built around AI: our estimate is about 40% lower cost, but it fits typical tasks only — a simple site without integrations. If your budget is limited and the format sounds interesting, leave a request and we will discuss it individually.
For 30–50 thousand the site is made by one person. He physically cannot be a marketer, an SEO specialist, a product manager, a designer and a developer at the same time — and to make that money add up he has to run a dozen projects in parallel. We put a team on a project: every discipline has its own specialist, there is someone to step in and cover, and there is a method that moves the project in stages. Price the same scope at market salaries and the range stops looking strange.
